Thru 2006 to 2008 managed the delivery of the multi-million dollar MiFID programme for American investment bank, a high impact EU compliance directive impacting all business lines across Europe. Involved programme control across the full lifecycle inclduing establishment of sponsorship, management structures, operating plans, running workshops for compliance and IT, communications planning; hands on design and build of intranet solutions; implementation of a requirements tracking solution; semi-automated status reporting; firm wide communication and training; implementing client query process and controls; budgetary controls and financial tracking.

Programme delivered on time and to budget for 1st and 5th November 2007.
